Shipping
We use Pargo for shipping. You have the option for choosing home delivery or click-and-collect (where you can collect your parcel from the nearest collection point). Delivery will normally take between 2-4 business days. For regional areas shipping can take up to 10 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over R1200.

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be charged R70 for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take between 10-15 business days.
